Caterpillar PRODUCES Tier 4 Industrial Engines
Caterpillar will begin production prior to 2012 of Cat C3.4B, C4.4 Acert and C6.6 Acert Tier 4 interim/Stage IIIB technology industrial engines. The C3.4B delivers from 60-115 bhp and torque up to 310 lb-ft. It features a common rail fuel injection system, smart waste-gated turbocharger, aftercooler and is electronically controlled for peak performance. The C4.4 Acert delivers from 80 to 174 bhp and torque up to 553 lb-ft, while the C6.6 Acert delivers 120-174 bhp and torque up to 609 lb-ft. www.cat.com.

The Meteorlite 1000 Series strobe from Superior Signals is a Class II high profile strobe available with an amber or blue lens. The lens and clear dome are removable polycarbonate with replaceable 12-48VDC Xenon flash tubes rated at 8 Joules (single) and 18 Joules (quad) flashing at 60 fpm.
